Natural East Asian Bridal Makeup in Cheshire

The first time I did Emily’s makeup was when she was bridesmaid for her friend Evelyn a year earlier. Evelyn had so much fun planning her own wedding that she helped Emily plan hers too.

The makeup look I created for Emily was really fresh and summery. She had soft peaches and pinks in her colour palette so I introduced those into her makeup. The warm pastels worked well on her cheeks and lips and really complimented the tones in her flowers and bridesmaids’ dresses.

For her hair, I created a braided chignon. She wanted an updo that looked soft and natural to compliment her outdoor venue in the Cheshire countryside. I kept the style quite loose and Emily’s florist Firenza Floral Design provided some flowers to pin in her hair.

As all the bridesmaids were having mismatched dresses we decided to keep their hair consistent. We thought that loose curls would go nicely with Emily’s updo and looked great with their flower crowns.
