Ten Under £10 – The Budget Beauty Products That I Use All The Time

Beauty can be an expensive joy to have in your life, especially because brands are so good making us want the exciting new product release. But if you want to hold onto your pennies, I’ve found some great products over the years that are budget friendly. Here are ten fantastic beauty buys that you can pick up for under £10.

Kiko Milano Smart Nail Lacquer £2.50

This is my go-to nail polish for my kit because it dries amazingly fast, has a well shaped brush and is a beautiful finish. It lasts well, especially if you put a top coat on. I love the shade Rouge Noir, which is a dupe for the Chanel classic at a fraction of the cost.

L’Oreal True Match Foundation £9.99

If your skin tone falls along the darker or lighter ends of the spectrum it can be hard to find a good foundation at the drugstore. L’Oreal True Match now has 40 shades for warm, cool and neutral skin tones. I use shade 1N, which is the second lightest for neutral toned skin. It’s a great light to medium coverage base that feels comfortable to wear and lasts well throughout the day.

NYX HD Photogenic Concealer Wand £6

A light, creamy concealer that’s perfect for under eyes but is pigmented enough to cover blemishes too. It comes in 24 shades including colour correcting shades for redness and sallowness. It has a great texture doesn’t sink into the creases under your eyes throughout the day.

Dr Paw Paw Original Balm £7.25

A gorgeous, lightweight hydrating balm that has so many uses. I pop it on any areas of dryness during skin prep including lips, face, hands and elbows. I use it to add dewiness to the skin after makeup, separate lashes and brows and tame any wispy baby hair around the hairline.

Seek Face Form Palette £9.99

Such a great little palette that comes in dark, medium and fair shades. I love it for summer because the blush is a nice bright coral. I use it on eyes as well as the face for a super quick makeup look.

Maybelline Lifter Gloss £8.99

My favourite gloss right now because it feels so hydrating and not at all sticky. It contains hyaluronic acid so your lips get a moisture boost while you’re wearing it. Silk is my favourite shade – it’s the perfect “not too pink” pink that I like.

Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Eyeliner £2.99

I was first recommended this by a marathon runner who always wore it while running. It’s a really intense black that glides on easily and stays put all day.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara £9.99

My favourite drugstore mascara because it gives great volume without clumping, smudging or going bitty. I’m not a fan of huge wands because they can get mascara everywhere if you have hooded eyes but this one is a manageable size.

Elf Bitesize Mini Eyeshadow Palette £4

I have a few of these dinky palettes and they’re such good value. They have great pigment and the shimmer shades really pop. The selection of colours in each one makes it really easy to put together a quick eye makeup in a hurry.

Rimmel Wonder’full Brow £7.99

I love this brow mascara for making brows look fuller but still natural, as well as keeping them in place. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t budge all day while keeping the brows looking neat but fluffy.
